Keep your ears poised for the futuristic rock soundz of Knoxville, Tennessee’s Royal Bangs recently signed to Glassnote Records. Album due sometime in 2011 and mixed by David Fridmann. This is some funky, gritty, Thin Lizzy-esque styled indierawk. Sample a couple of tunes below from their previous albums which came out on Audio Eagle Records, the label run by Patrick Carney of the Black Keys. Damn. Dude’s got some good taste.
