Download: Rock the 80’s with a new jam from Dragon Inn 3 (you like Wang Chung?)

2 Nov

You say you love 80’s influenced synth-pop? You love Steve Winwood’s “Talking Back To The Night,” “Take These Broken Wings” by Mr. Mister,Ready For The World, Pet Shop Boys, Whodini and Wang Chung? Then you’re going to flip your Jordache jeans for Dragon Inn 3, a trio from Springfield, Missouri that includes Roni Dickey, her brother Phil (from Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin) and Brook Linder (who directed this cool new video from Free Energy). Below, download “Ghoul School” from the band’s EP/cassette that you can purchase here. All that 80’s stuff aside, this is incredibly well crafted, infectious synth-pop regardless of the era you’re emotionally attached to. Tumblr here. Twitter here.
