New Giant Sand

During his career Howe Gelb has been revered as somewhere between a genius and a genius. Which would pretty much make him a genius. Well, this year Gelb’s band Giant Sand is celebrating the 25th anniversary of their debut album Valley of Rain. And this year also marks the return of the band with a new record called Blurry Blue Mountain coming out on Fire Records on October 25th. The label is also reissuing a number of older Giant Sand albums including their debut. Grab the songs below from the forthcoming album.
